What do I do when I get an error: Sorry, you can't access Ezproxy_STU because you are not assigned this app in Okta?

If you are receiving this error you will need to contact IT Help Desk so they can have you entered into the system. The IT Help Desk can be reached at 877-306-4283

Please state that you received this error, and "they need to assign Ezproxy_STU to you in OKTA."

Use those exact words and they will know how to correct the issue/

If you see this:

"403 App Not Assigned Sorry, you can't access Ezproxy_STU because you are not assigned this app in Okta. If you're wondering why this is happening, please contact your administrator. Go to Homepage"
