Receiving the message that your session has timed out while using Chrome

If you receive the message that your session has timed out while using Chrome, please do the following:
- Click on the three dots in the upper right corner of the browser window
- Select History from the drop-down menu
- Then select History from the from the slide-out menu
- Select Clear Browsing Data from the menu on the left
- Set the Time Range to at least the last 24 hours
- Be sure the boxes for Browsing History, Cookies and Other Site Data, and Cached Images and Files are checked
- Click on Clear Data
It may be necessary to close all of the open browser windows for the change to take effect.
